Chelsea is a dedicated Registered Athletic Therapist whose lifelong passion for sports naturally led her to a career in athletic therapy. Since graduating from Catawba College in North Carolina in 2016, she has worked with a wide range of athletes—both in the clinic and on the field—helping them recover, perform, and thrive.
Chelsea’s own athletic background includes lacrosse, rugby, and skiing, and her dedication to sport earned her a Division II women’s lacrosse scholarship. Drawing from her experiences as a collegiate athlete, she offers personalized, goal-oriented care, understanding firsthand what it takes to perform at a high level and recover from setbacks.
Chelsea takes a client-centered approach, allowing the body in front of her to guide assessment and treatment. She integrates a variety of hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, cupping, gua sha, targeted exercises, and client education to address injury, reduce pain, and restore function.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Chelsea adventuring across Vancouver Island with her two dogs, Loki and Thor. Whether she’s hiking, backpacking, kayaking, or skiing, Chelsea lives the active lifestyle she promotes, bringing that same energy and passion to every client she works with.
