Chelsea combines evidence-based therapy with a holistic, full-body approach, addressing the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, and visceral influences to target the root of pain and dysfunction.

Services include hands-on therapy, movement retraining, exercise prescription, and nervous system regulation. We support recovery, pre- and post-operative care, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term movement health.
